- 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup regular cocoa powder
- 1 and 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp espresso powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips, chunks, nuts, or chocolate covered espresso beans
- 1/3 cup coffee flavored yogurt
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp brewed, slightly cooled coffee (we suggest our Dark Chocolate Ecstasy Coffee for even more chocolate-goodness)
What you’ll need to do:
Before starting the mixing (and, of course the taste testing of the batter) preheat your oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray a 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
