Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund. We cannot accept returns for any item received after 30 days of the purchase date. Backordered items can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. We must be notified of all returns within 30 days of the order. Grande Kaffe reserves the right to inspect all returned items. If items are not returned in re-sellable condition or with original packaging, credit will not be issued. To receive your 100% refund, you must call our Customer Service Department for your Return Authorization Number before returning items: 1-800-652-5282. We will not accept items returned without Authorization.

We are not responsible for:

  • Defective items not reported to Grande Kaffe within 30 days of order.
  • Items returned without a Return Authorization Number.
  • Items returned to Grande Kaffe without contacting Grande Kaffe prior to the return.
  • Items returned without original packaging and all contents that were included with original shipment.

Defective Items: Any defective items must be reported to Grande Kaffe within 30 days of order. Grande Kaffe will not be liable for any defective items NOT reported within the 30-day policy. Normal wear and tear of an item does not constitute defectiveness. Acceptance of returns on any item said to be defective will be made at the discretion of Grande Kaffe. Grande Kaffe assumes no product liability. Buyer assumes all risk pertaining to use and application of any purchase.
