All products are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and follow their guidelines unless otherwise specified.
UPS cannot ship to a PO Box.

What If My Order Does Not Arrive?
We will work with UPS to help you resolve the issue immediately.
What if My Order is Damaged?
We will replace it immediately and challenge UPS on your behalf.
